Chelsea: En Route to the Title

After the much-awaited Grandslam match on Sunday, Chelsea is back in the race for the title.

One month ago, things were going well for Gunners, but after a few draws, and a defeat by Chelsea, it seems that the title race has become a two-way journey now.

Back to Chelsea—it was a deserving win against Arsenal. Thanks to Didier Drogba for coming back to his golden touches which is missing to some extent this year because of his injury and African Nations Cup.

The supporters can believe now that Chelsea still has some chances left to get back the trophy they lost to Man-U last year. However, they are still five points behind. The Chelsea-ManU match at Stamford Bridge will hold the key for sure. If Chelsea can win it, they will have a chance to get the EPL trophy back in its hands.

However, it is still arguable whether Avram Grant is better than Jose Mourinho. It may also be said that it's not Avram, but the quality of Chelsea's players that has put them in the position where they can challenge Manchester United for the title.

The likes of John Terry, Didier Drogba, Frank Lampard, Michael Ballack and Joe Cole can be at times more handy than a talented manager. Regarding Avram, he is still not finding a suitable way to play Lampard and Ballack in a midfield where best results can be achieved.

Chelsea is also going indomitable at Stamford Bridge with a 78-match unbeaten run. This is much prestigious for Chelsea players, officials and supporters. But they need to maintain the record against Manchester United and perhaps a win may see to them challenging Man-U for the trophy for sure.

Champions League is very important this year. Chelsea has a very good chance to become the winners of Europe for the first time and they have had a relatively easy draw in the quarter-finals. Supporters will be eager to see Chelsea into the final of Champions League this year for sure.
