Tennis Star Novak Djokovic May Be More Gangnam Style Than PSY

Novak Djokovic is that rare star who can astonish on the court with his amazing talent and entertain in between shots with an electric personality.ย

At some point, he also became a master of Gangnam Style.ย

In a tale that no doubt just began to evolve and take on a life of its own, No. 1 Serbian tennis star Djokovic has lived up to his moniker Djoker by messing around with the most popular dance of last year.ย

Yes, it may be 2013, but the man currently dominating the Australian Open is still going Gangnam Style.ย

The 25-year-old recentlyย dropped his third-round opponentย Radekย Stepanekย in straight sets, 6-4, 6-3, 7-5. But he managed to get the crowd going far before he hit the court at the Aussie.ย

Here he is showingย Australian Open MC Craig Willis how to shake it like a Polaroid picture at the 2013 Hyundai Hopman Cup, via YouTube.ย

He broke it down once again at the same event with fellow tennis star Ana Ivanovic.

Obviously, this is against Ivanovic's better judgment, because she was pretty much forced to dance to the most famous song of 2012, which we really thought would die off inย theย new year.ย

But no, the Djoker got an equally recognizable sports star to dance at the Australian Open. It was kid's day atย Rod Laver Arena; the already joyous tone of the event was given an added touch of something becoming all too familiar.ย

If this song is going to continue well into 2013, it may not be Korean sensation PSYย who makes it happen, but the No. 1 player in the world, Novak Djokovic.ย
