This Just In! Jay Cutler Traded To New England For Tom Brady!
As of 4:19 AM, April 1, 2009, the Denver Broncos traded highly disgruntled quarterback Jay Cutler.
After the word broke late Tuesday night, Josh McDaniels apparently got on the phone to old friend Bill Belichick, in New England.
McDaniels offered up Cutler and Denver's first round pick (No. 12 overall) for the multiple-Super Bowl winning quarterback, to which Belichick was delighted.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
"First of all, Tom is a pretty boy, and doesn't fit my style. This Cutler kid looks like he cuts his own hair, that's my kind of guy.
"Second, Brady is coming off injury and I didn't want to risk missing the playoffs again this year.
"Lastly, this Cutler kid is going to make Tom look like a joke, and will make me look even more like a genius," Belichick chuckled to McDaniels over the phone.
"Plus, I can get rid of this egomaniac," replied McDaniels, to which Belichick said, "Me too!"
Brady leaves his one and only team, the Patriots, for the Mile High city and the Broncos.
He is excited to be reunited with McDaniels saying: "I hate leaving New England, but their fans are spoilt anyway. I can't wait to be back with the greatest offensive mind of all time, Josh McDaniels, and to be a Denver Bronco."
Look for Denver to compete for the Super Bowl in 2009 with this development at QB, and for McDaniels to be heralded as the greatest thing since the RTD's light rail.
Ah, how nice it is to dream...
Happy April Fool's Day!
