Updated NFL Playoff Picture After Divisional Round

Zach KruseMay 31, 2018

A playoff field that started with 12 teams will be trimmed to just four by the end of the NFL's Divisional Round, leaving two teams from each conference to decide the following week who will represent the NFL in Super Bowl XLVII.

The advancing scenarios for each team are much more clear in the aftermath of the Divisional Round than the Wild Card Round. The winner of each game will face the other winner in the same conference.

Below, we run down the advancing scenarios for each of the eight teams left in the 2012-13 NFL playoffs. As games go final this weekend, we'll update the post with the exact playoff picture for the Championship Round.
