Here is what the bowl games of 2008 would have looked like using my list which I feel would give more balance games.

For this I am going to plug in the teams from the conferences regardless of if they were eligible or not. Trying to fill in at large teams is too hard. I will note that the team in the spot was not eligible though. Was not eligible. (wne)
