He was set to make $1.6 million in 2009, but after the signing of FS Pierson Prioleau on Thursday, he was set to be the third string safety behind Darren Sharper, Prioleau and Roman Harper.
Kaesviharn who is know as an injury prone player, and at 33, the future looks bleak but he may catch on somewhere as a backup.
He has previously played for the Iowa Barnstormers (AFL), San Francisco Demons (XFL), Green Bay Packers and Cincinnati Bengals.
Shaffer Signs With Bears
Kevin Shaffer who was recently released by the Cleveland Browns, has signed with the Chicago Bears.
Shaffer has started 47 games in three seasons with the Browns.
The deal is more three years, $8 million.
He is expected to be a backup behind LT Chris Williams and RT Frank Omiyale.
Shaffer has also played for the Atlanta Falcons.
Wade Phillips Wants His Own "Earth, Wind and Fire"
Wade Phillips has reportedly told his offensive coaches to find a way to get all three running backs involved.
However, the weird part is that instead of doing what the Giants did with Jacobs/Ward and sharing carries and then bringing in Bradshaw to "close" the game.
The Cowboys will use Felix Jones/Tashard Choice and then have Marion Barber "close" the game.
T.O. Will Not Show at Bills Voluntary Workouts:
Former Dallas Cowboys' wide receiver Terrell Owens, who recently signed with the Buffalo Bills is skipping the Bills voluntary workouts.
Owens reportedly talked to coach Dick Jauron about this and Owens said that, "Right now if there's nothing mandatory that I have to be a part of, then I won't intend to be there."
