Alex Morgan Spotted Paddleboarding in Bikini, Twitter Responds in Kind

Among the things you may remember most from 2012, one of them has to be US Women's forward Alex Morgan riding a paddleboard while wearing a bikini. 

Whether it's due to the proximity of the pictures to the end of the new year, the image of the fit lady or just your affection for paddleboards, you will remember this one. 

Busted Coverage does what they do best, and alerted our attention to Alex Morgan on a recent jaunt on Hawaiian waters. 

The fearless forward rose to fame this past year as a pivotal member of the US Women's team that won gold at the London Olympics. 

She teamed with Abby Wambach for a dynamic duo that delivered 58 goals in total through 2012 (28 goals for Morgan), via US Soccer. 

What's more, she was named the 2012 US Soccer Female Athlete of the Year, a deserving award for such a prolific scorer. 

The photo spread, of which you can see a few pictures below, caught the eye of pretty much everyone on Twitter.

To think, it all came from what was an otherwise relaxing jaunt for Morgan who is enjoying a well-deserved vacation.

This year belonged to Morgan, but we have a funny feeling 2013 will be a very good year for this amazing athlete as well.
