Chelsea are "stepping up" their interest in Atletico Madrid's Colombian forward Radamel Falcao, according to the London Evening Standard.

Chelsea have reportedly agreed to sell English forward Daniel Sturridge to Liverpool and hope to re-invest the money from the sale in the potential purchase of Falcao.

Falcao, 26, has scored 20 goals in all competitions this season for Atletico. Chelsea are reportedly ready to make a £48 million bid and pay him £175,000 per week.

Daniel Sturridge's Move to Liverpool Hits Snag?

England forward Daniel Sturridge's proposed move to Liverpool has reportedly stalled over agents' fees (via Daily Mail).

Sturridge, 23, is reportedly on the verge of joining Liverpool in a £12 million move. He was reportedly expected to undergo a medical on Wednesday but the procedure has been delayed.

AC Milan to Move for Momo Sissoko?

AC Milan are set to move for Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Momo Sissoko, according to TribalFootball.com (via Yahoo! Sport).

Sissoko, 27, formerly played for Liverpool and Juventus. He is a Mali international with 28 caps.

Milan reportedly believe their relationship with Leonardo—a former Milan player who is now PSG's director of football—will help the deal go through.

Juventus, AC Milan Interested in Boca Juniors Midfielder?

Juventus and AC Milan are watching Leandro Paredes, an 18-year-old attacking midfielder at Boca Juniors, according to a Goal.com exclusive.

Juventus have reportedly scouted Paredes four times in 2012. Real Madrid are also thought to be interested.

Goal.com speculates that Boca Juniors would let Paredes go for about €5 million.

Klaas-Jan Huntelaar to Sign New Deal with Schalke?

Dutch forward Klaas-Jan Huntelaar is set to sign a new contract with Schalke 04, according to German reports cited by Metro.

Huntelaar, 29, had been linked with Arsenal and Liverpool. His current contract expires at the end of the season.
