Falcao, 26, has scored 20 goals in all competitions this season for Atletico. Chelsea are reportedly ready to make a £48 million bid and pay him £175,000 per week.
Daniel Sturridge's Move to Liverpool Hits Snag?

AC Milan to Move for Momo Sissoko?
3 of 5AC Milan are set to move for Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Momo Sissoko, according to TribalFootball.com (via Yahoo! Sport).
Sissoko, 27, formerly played for Liverpool and Juventus. He is a Mali international with 28 caps.
Milan reportedly believe their relationship with Leonardo—a former Milan player who is now PSG's director of football—will help the deal go through.
Juventus, AC Milan Interested in Boca Juniors Midfielder?

Juventus have reportedly scouted Paredes four times in 2012. Real Madrid are also thought to be interested.

Klaas-Jan Huntelaar to Sign New Deal with Schalke?
