WWE: Bring Back The Rated R Superstar

Well hello all again, Wrestlemania is not that far away, and I can't wait for it. It should be one hell'uva show. The card is packed with matches that I want to watch, with the HHH-Orton feud being the most stand out match, followed by 'Taker - HBK.

This weeks episode of Raw was amazing, from Randy Orton showing his evil streak once again, to Santino Marella versus Mickie James, simply put—HILARIOUS.

What I'd like to concentrate on mostly in this article is a certain Rated R Superstar. Edge aka Adam Copeland is one of the top Superstars within WWE at the minute, but over the last couple of months something bad has clung to his every step.

Step forward Vickie Guerrero.

She is the reason as to why Edge has not been at the top of his game recently. Granted some blame should be put on the WWE creative team for Edge's current predicament.

They should have pulled the trigger on this 'relationship' when they had the chance too. Instead, they've got Edge standing still, character wise, he's doing the same thing week in week out, pandering to that annoying 'wife' of his.

The nail in the coffin of this ridiculous storyline was last week's edition of Smackdown.

Some member of the creative team must have had a brain fart and decided that what the 500th episode of Smackdown needed was Edge and Big Show to come out and end the show with an argument over who loved Vickie more. Not smart what so ever.

It's time that the self-proclaimed Rated R Superstar re-emerged. His re-emergence could follow these steps;

1. Lose at Wrestlemania—he's never better than when he's chasing a title.
2. Get drafted to RAW—get as far away from The Wife as possible.
3. A proper feud—this is most important, he needs to feud with someone who can bring the best out of him. HBK seems a likely choice, look what he did for Jericho.
4. (This last step is one I know won't happen, but would be amazing) Bring back Rated RKO—having Orton and Edge on the same page again would make them unstoppable.
