Kobe Bryant and Lionel Messi Battle for Kid's Affection in Hilarious Commercial

Two of the most competitive athletes in the world, Lionel Messi and Kobe Bryant, battle for the affection of one kid who is far more impressed with dessert.

Yes, that sounds rather ridiculous, and it should, because it is.

BroBible spotted this fantastic commercial from Turkish Airlines, which features arguably the best players in their respective sports.

This little kid comes into what isn't exactly coach seating, immediately spotting Barcelona maestro Messi.

That's enough to make even grown men step back in astonishment, but there is more. The little sports fan finds out that Kobe Bryant is on the plane as well.

Once he ignores Messi for Mamba, it's on.

The insane one-upsmanship between the two athletes is priceless and has me wanting to see the two actually battle it out in some sort of fashion.

Of course, such daydreams will have to be relegated to minute-long commercials ending in Bryant making balloon animals.

The kid has his priorities, because neither Messi nor Bryant can take his attention away from free ice cream.

The sports fan is quickly rattled by a free scoop, which I can understand.
