NBA Podcast: Debating Whether NY Knicks Sit or Start Amare When He Returns
The New York Knicks have a good thing going right now. Will Amar'e Stoudemire's impending return be a reinforcement or an impediment to their chemistry?
No one debates the talent or ability of a healthy "STAT." However, Amar'e's nagging injury history, along with his well-documented difficulties in meshing with Carmelo Anthony, make his return a looming debate rather than a cause for widespread rejoicing.
Nonetheless, this is a new Knicks team and a new Carmelo Anthony. NBA Assistant Editors Ethan Norof and Joel C. Cordes plot out a successful return plan for Stoudemire, while also debating how both he and the Knicks can succeed together.
