The January transfer is officially only hours over a month away. Chelsea continue to be frustrated by poor results, as two straight draws under new manager Rafael Benitez are sure to have Roman Abramovich scrambling once again.
However, the rumor mill continues to flourish around the possible transfers of some of the biggest stars to Stamford Bridge over the course of the next few months.
Only the Blues front office know the real story, but for now here are the latest rumors to keep your mind occupied with speculation.

Considering the last major money move from Liverpool to the Bridge has not worked out, it holds to reason why this could be a little bit of a campaign of fluff.
However, with Liverpool having just signed Suarez to a new contract over the summer this is likely nothing more than rumor.
Raheem Sterling

However, according to reports from Sky Sports, it appears that the player is happy to remain in Spain for the time, but one day he might like to experience the challenge of the English Premier League.
Atletico Madrid President Enrique Cerezo made sure to reiterate that his player remains happy and focused at his current club where his deal does not expire until 2016:
"He tells me he is very happy here and that he wants to honour his contract but one day, we don't know when, he would like to try out another league.
I know that day will come, but it won't be anytime soon. I can say that he has told me personally that he loves being at this club.

The 24-year-old forward is subject to one of the English club's latest inquiries around Europe, as they look for their newest influx of players in January according to the Telegraph.
Taison is a product of the same Internacional system as young midfielder Oscar who joined the Blues over the summer.
