Week 12 Sleepers: Running Backs Guaranteed to Have Huge Days

Week 12 of the NFL season brings with it a group of talented running backs ready to break out for huge games, rewarding fantasy owners who take a chance on them.

These guys are ready to have incredible fantasy games, and each of them has the potential to go for 20 points or more.

If you take a chance on these guys, they will reward you nicely.

Ronnie Hillman, Denver Broncos

With Willis McGahee out against the Kansas City Chiefs, Hillman will be taking the carries for the Broncos this week.

Playing against the 25th-ranked defense in the NFL, Hillman has one of the easiest matchups among backs this week.

While Peyton Manning is an excellent quarterback, one of his best attributes is that he opens up the running game, and now Hillman will be the one benefiting from that experience,

Projected Stats: 21 carries, 82 rushing yards, 1 TD

BenJarvus Green-Ellis, Cincinnati Bengals

The Law Firm has been having a great season in Cincinnati leading the team's rushing attack, while complementing the Andy Dalton-A.J. Green connection in the passing game.

On Sunday, BJGE will be playing against the Oakland Raiders, whose run defense ranks 30th against fantasy running backs and gave up an utterly ridiculous 53 points to Doug Martin and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers two weeks ago.

After going for 101 yards and a score last week, I expect Green-Ellis to go for very similar numbers this week.

Projected Stats: 23 carries, 111 rushing yards, 1 TD

Vick Ballard, Indianapolis Colts

Ballard couldn't ask for an easier matchup this week, playing against the Buffalo Bills in Indy in what will be the best game of his career.

The Bills are allowing 24.1 points per game to opposing fantasy running backs, which is dead last in the league.

Ballard has been getting an increase in touches, averaging over 15 carries per game in the last five games.

This is going to be the week that Ballard scores his first rushing touchdown, and he will reward fantasy owners for keeping faith in him.

Projected Stats: 25 carries, 134 rushing yards, 2 TD
