UFC: Death To Grandma!
For those who knew her, it will come as no surprise that Grandma Dee was the first death directly attributed to the UFC.
Death arrived shortly after a message from the Canadian press informed the dedicated GSP fan that the long-awaited hearing by the NSAC regarding the complaints filed against Georges St. Pierre and his team by B.J. Penn have been delayed due to Penn and his attorney asking to present "new evidence" regarding the case.
The blow terminated the old woman's soul and ended her desire to live; otherwise, she would have been forced to deal with even more abuse from the fans of B.J.
Not many will mourn her passing.
Certainly not Penn, who prophesized that his fight with Georges St. Pierre would be "to the death."
Few suspected that the death Penn referred to was that of the lonely old woman who often wrote less-than-complimentary articles which pointed out Penn's character defects and lack of morality.
Per Mrs. Willis's request, there will be no memorial service. Her remains will be cremated and scattered on her deceased father's grave, in accord with her lifelong wishes.
The family requests that Mrs. Willis's fans, if any, sign their organ donor cards, as Mrs. Willis had.
Of course anyone wishing to make a donation to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, the American Diabetes Association, or any of the many Humane Associations (for animals) of their choice are encouraged to do so.
Mrs. Willis was a supporter of any cause that protected children, animals, or women from abuse and was an advocate for mental health and solutions of worldwide issues like hunger and human trafficking.
Reading the poem "Death Be Not Proud," by Jon Donne, would be an appropriate way to pay respects and say goodbye.
As a Christian, Grandma Dee will be happy to be reunited with her friends and family who have passed on before her and will surely continue to watch what occurs within the Octagon from her new vantage in the sky.
