Dear Josh McDaniels and Jay Cutler...

Dearest Josh McDaniels and Jay Cutler,
Hello! My name is Jonathan, and I've been a Broncos fan for a long time. I love the Broncos! You guys help me get through the winter doldrums every year. Unfortunately, I've got a sad face on my heart right now, because I'm worried that you two can't get along together.

This pains me greatly.
Josh, I'm sure that if Mr. Bowlen trusts you to take control of the team, you can count on me to trust you to do the best job that you can. But I'm worried that in this current transitional period within the Broncos organization, you are making too many changes.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Don't worry, it's okay to come into a new place and make new friends. I remember when I was young and I switched from one kindergarten to another. I wanted my old friends to be there so that I would have someone with me that I was familiar with.
But I soon realized that although my old friends were miles away, I could make new friends and embrace a different situation without having those old friends there to hold my hand when we went to recess.
Boy howdy, I had a great time at recess with my new friends without forgetting the friends from my old school. I know you're coming into a new "kindergarten." A school that you're not accustomed to. That's okay.
It's going to be a great thing, right? One other thing I learned in kindergarten is that you have to make strides to get along with your new friends. I think this is can be a really neat endeavor, but I'm worried that you aren't willing to make new friends at your new school.
Please make friends at your new school. Just for me?
Jay, another thing I learned in kindergarten is that you can't cry when someone else makes fun of you or tries to make you an outsider. It's okay, they're probably only doing it because they're insecure within their new surroundings and they haven't made any new friends yet.

I learned in kindergarten that letting new people into your peer group is neat! You can learn a whole bunch of new things from your new friends. You might learn how to jump off of the swing a little bit better, or even how to score more touchdowns. But you'll never know unless you try.
I know having a new teacher can be tough in kindergarten, but your new friends and new teacher need you to step in and help them acclimate to the new classroom. You've already been to this school for three years and all of these new guys need you to show them where the drinking fountain and bathroom are located.
Otherwise, all of these new guys coming into your school will be thirsty and probably pee on the chalkboard because they don't know any better. You need to teach them where to get water and where to pee, right?
That might be best for everyone, including Principal Bowlen and Broncoland.
So, as a longtime fan, I want you two to be buddies. You could be best friends and rule the playground together, and give lots of wedgies to the Raiders!

I know kindergarten isn't an easy transition period between pre-school and the first grade, but it's okay. You don't have to be scared of each other just because there are new people and a new teacher on the playground.
If you two get along, I bet you could give some of the nerds in the league (oops I meant on the playground) a mean swirlie during the playoffs (oops I meant lunch period).
Please do this for me, and the rest of Broncoland,
Jonathan

P.S. Principal Bowlen, please help these guys get along. I know they're both very talented and can succeed if they can get along together. Please help each of them to stop being so egomaniacal, selfish and self-aggrandizing. I know you can do it!
