Trouble in Big "D": Terrell Owens Out, How Will the Offense Fare?

Manuel CervantezContributor IMarch 15, 2009

Okay, I'm new to the Bleacher Report. But I think it's a really cool concept. This is my first article, so here we go...

I'm a true and blue Texas boy, I was born and raised in west Texas. I have been a Dallas Cowboys fan for 17 years. The recent moves that Jerry Jones has made have me quite perplexed.

I wonder how many people actually believe the offense will have the same fire-power as before. If you honestly think the offense will not miss a step, you are truly mistaken. We have seen how terrible the offense is without T.O.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm no T.O. advocate, I'm glad he is gone. But his production and performance will be missed.

We need to draft a true WR, how many QB turned WR players can we have in our WR corps, really? Not this year but next year because in all honesty I think we'll be luck to win nine games next year.

I'm not saying it's impossible, but it will be difficult. If the defense plays the way it did when Wade took over and we shift the offense towards running the ball first. I think we can make it. But it's gonna take a true TEAM effort.
