Was the Seattle Seahawks' Trade with the Detroit Lions Good?

Mitchell TimpCorrespondent IMarch 15, 2009

My question: was this a good trade? On Friday, Peteron was traded from the Seattle Seahawks to the Detroit Lions for Reddson. Now my opinion is, I don’t think it was a good trade.

He is not the greatest but he is ok.

But for Peterson!

No way!

Last year Peterson had 86 tackles and four forced fumbles while Redding had 38 tackles and three sacks.

Most people think that was a good trade.

He only had three sacks and he is a defensive lineman, as you know. Considering he was a lion last year it actually helps him with the week line he had so he looked pretty good if they play bad, like they did last year.
