Top 5 Most Overrated Quarterbacks
A quarterback typically gets too much of the credit if a team does well, and too much of the blame if the team does poorly. Jay Fiedler stands out as a guy who received too much credit, and Eli Manning, at least early on, stands out as a guy who received too much blame.
I have thought of the five quarterbacks that I feel are the most overrated in the NFL.
They are ranked in order.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
1. Marc Bulger
This guy has to be at the top of the list. He was once declared, by then Head Coach Mike Martz, to be better than Kurt Warner ever was. Wow, that is amazing since Warner is fresh off a Super Bowl year, and this guy whined about being benched when his team was winless.
What a Joke!
2. Carson Palmer
Coming in second is the guy who was once thought to be the franchise in Cincinnati. Okay, he still is considered that, but has he really played like a franchise quarterback lately?
Yes, he has had injuries, but even when he is healthy he has been a bit lackluster these past couple of years. Imagine if Eli Manning performed the same way as him. The media would murder him. I can't figure out why this guy has escaped media criticism.
3. Jake Delhomme
This guy is coming in third for many of the same reasons as Palmer, although he has recieved more criticism. Since his Super Bowl year, this guy's career has been nothing but inconsistency. He is also known for key turnovers in big spots.
4. Derek Anderson
A year ago this guy would have been at the top. This guy is the meaning of inconsistency. Choking in big games is what he does best. This guy shouldn't even make the list, but for some reason his new coach still thinks he can compete for the starting job.
Seriously, give me a break.
I still have hope for this guy. However, his recent actions make me question his mental toughness. A great year next year will bring him off the list.
