Ryback Getting a Manager, Undertaker Retirement Match & More

No. 1 Contender Matches

The WWE model doesn't have room for No. 1 contender matches to be a viable sell on a consistent basis at pay-per-views. They have enough trouble finding suitable competition to challenge for the titles.

WWE produces six hours of content with Raw, Main Event and Smackdown each week. They need to fill this every week with four to five weeks of build to each pay-per-view.

This makes it tough for them to not book the No. 1 contenders matches or any process that decides the title challengers prior to the pay-per-views.

Could John Cena and AJ Lee's Storyline Be Based on Reality?

A lot of ribs (jokes) get played behind the scenes or become inside jokes that filter on to television in storylines. However, you don't rib the top guy in the company in a main storyline. Especially one which involves his personal life.

Does Ryback Need a Manager?

There is nobody right now who I think could be an appropriate manager to do the talking for Ryback. His character doesn't mesh with having a manager who speaks for him. He does his talking in the ring.

Eventually—and hopefully—his character will start to develop to where it allows him opportunities to grow on the microphone. Who knows, he might show off verbal skills we're unaware of.

Whom Should the Undertaker Retire Against?

An established big name. CM Punk. John Cena. The Rock. Brock Lesnar. You have The Undertaker go out beating or the streak being broken by those who have solid resumes who won't be at any risk of damaging The Undertaker's legacy.

Should the Rock Battle the Undertaker at WrestleMania?

No. WWE wouldn't book it because The Rock wouldn't have the kind of control and build in the match he would want.

In addition to politics, The Rock needs someone he can engage in the media build to WrestleMania. The Undertaker build comes strictly during WWE programming which is a powerful compliment. He represents WrestleMania.

It would be intriguing to fans to see how the match played, but I don't expect to ever see that match.

Bryan, Ziggler or Miz: Who Would Make the Best Face?

@WWEPEZ Out of the three who do you think would be the most over as a Face? Bryan, Miz or Ziggler? #BR   Easily, Daniel Bryan. His connection we've seen with the crowd both as a booked heel and booked face is tremendous.

Dolph Ziggler has talent. The best characters are extensions of the real people. Ziggler plays the cocky heel who wants to outshine everyone.

The Miz has many of the same attributes Ziggler has. He is the guy people love to hate. Even if Ziggler or The Miz do get cheered, it won't be to the level of fanfare Daniel Bryan will continue to get.
