Inexperinced Players Prove To Be Great

Vishrut AggarwalCorrespondent IMarch 10, 2009

Remember I wrote an article about the inexperienced Australian team. I was totally wrong about the team in that. I realised it after Australia dominated in the first Test and now I am sure that these players can do a cleansweep if they play well and this team is also going to go very far in both Tests as well as ODIs.

Let us examine the stats of the inexperienced players.

P.J.Hughes- He has just played two matches (including the second test) and has scored two centuries and has earned a Man of the Match award. In this match he has played really well and in the last match he played reasonably well for the level of a debutant.

M.J.North- He has also played two matches (including the second test) and has already scored a fighting hundred and also done a tight bowling performance. Congrats you deserve to be in the team.

A.B.McDonald- This bowler has played only three matches (including the second test) and has done a few tight bowling performances and has also grabbed some crucial wickets.

P.M.Siddle- The bowler grabbed twenty eight wickets in the six matches(including the second test) he has played. He has got a five wicket haul and a four wicket haul. He grabbed eightwickets in the second Test verses the Proteas.

B.W Hilfenhaus- The tailender has just scored sixteen runs and grabbed just five wickets in the two matches(including the second test) he has played. Well he has not performed very well but he might improve.

So four out of the five inexperienced players have done well and this has proved me wrong. so please forgive me and predict about the next Test and Australia's future.
