NFL: 25 Ways To Know You're a Fan

I recently read Cody Swartz' article called "50 Ways To Know You're a Bleacher Report Writer." I enjoyed this article very much, and decided that I needed to come up with one of my own.

This one is different, though. It will be about the greatest sport on earth...Football.

If you like the list, let me know. Feel free to let me know which one you like most, or put in your own idea.

1. You have a favorite team that you would defend and stay behind forever.

2. You watch every game for your favorite team, whether it's live or on T.V.

3. You watch games you don't even care about, just for the sake of watching football.

4. You play fantasy football and enjoy putting up a dynamic team.

5. You've either played Madden (the video game) or owned it before.

6. You yell at the T.V. screen for a bad call, even though you know they can't hear you.

7. You write articles about football on Bleacher Report.

8. You own the NFL Network or at least want to own it.

9. You own one or more jerseys.

10. You dream of one day attending the Super Bowl.

11. You argue with somebody about your favorite team, even if you know that you're wrong.

12. One day, you want to be on the top five list for NFL Writer Rankings.

13. You read this article, simply because it had "NFL" in the title.

14. You can't stand bandwagon fans who switch their "favorite team" every year.

15. You watch the draft from the first pick to the last pick.

16. When free agency begins, you hope your team signs the best player available for your biggest need.

17. You've skipped going to church to watch the pre-game show.

18. You cry or go into deep depression when your favorite team loses an important game.

19. You've muttered the phrase "Well, there is always next year..."

20. You never turn off the game or leave it for more than five minutes.

21. When your team wins, you are extremely happy and nothing could factor your mood.

22. You can't stand when they talk about hockey on SportsCenter, rather than the NFL.

23. You make food before you watch the game, and then hardly eat it when it's on.
