UFC 153: Silva vs. Bonnar features what many pundits are considering one of the most lopsided matchups in the history of mixed martial arts.

The fight between consensus No.1 fighter in MMA Anderson Silva and The Ultimate Fighter runner-up Stephan Bonnar is scheduled to take place on October 13, 2012.

Silva's speed has proven to be too much for fighters above his division. We all witnessed what the middleweight champ did to Forrest Griffin three years ago.

I doubt any light heavyweight today can match up with that kind of speed. 

Prediction: Silva wins via KO (first round)

Silva Gets Bored and Dances in the Cage

There's always the possibility that the Spider will get bored inside the cage and fail to finish a fight whenever he's faced with an over-matched opponent.

We've seen it in his fights against Patrick Cote, Thales Leites and Demian Maia. Let's hope it will not happen this time.

Silva Gets "Sonnen'd"

If the American Psycho is wise enough, he will have realized he has no chance of winning the striking game against arguably the best striker in MMA history.

If Bonnar has improved his wrestling ability, he has a great chance of taking this fight into the later rounds.

With that being said, Silva needs only a single opening to secure a game-winning knockout or submission. 

Prediction 3: Silva wins via triangle choke (third round)

Fans Lose Once Again

With the trend of injuries in the UFC today, let's hope that Silva and Bonnar can remain in proper condition until fight night.

After all, the fans deserve a high-caliber fight, not for another UFC card to be cancelled. 

Prediction: UFC 153 gets cancelled

Bonnar Shocks the World and Even Himself

Anything can happen whenever two fighters meet inside the cage. We've seen it a lot of times already.

Who knows? Bonnar might have something in store for Silva. Come October 13, 2012, we'll see.
