Manchester City vs. Borussia Dortmund: UCL Preview, Team News, Projected Lineups

Mikhail TurnerJun 7, 2018

Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund face off on the Champions League on Wednesday in what is a must-win second game for the English side. City lost its first game to Real Madrid 3-2 while Dortmund scraped out a home win over Ajax (via ESPN Soccernet).

Both teams fell short of expectations in Europe last season but made up for it in their domestic campaigns. Being placed in the toughest group of the tournament, alongside Real Madrid and Ajax, means that one of these two teams could end up getting knocked out early again.

City's record so far this season stands at three wins, three draws and two losses compared to Dortmund's five wins, two draws and one loss. Here is the team news and projected lineups for tomorrows game.
