A Wrestlemania XXV Preview
Money in the Bank
Money in the Bank always brings excitement, and has become an annual match who's excitement rivals no other. Money in the Bank, started at Wrestlemania XXI, has been a pillar for the Wrestlemania card ever since.
The past winners include: Edge, RVD, Mr. Kennedy, and C.M. Punk

Fresh Backstage WWE Rumors 👊

Modern-Day Dream Matches 💭

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
This year's match includes: Finlay (spoiler), Mark Henry, Kane, MVP, C.M. Punk, and Shelton Benjamin, with two more opponents yet to be named. I believe that the two most likely to get the spots are Christian Cage and Rey Mysterio.
Other guys that might get the spot include:
Mr. Kennedy - Unlikely to risk him in the MITB match after coming back from surgery
Evan Bourne - Unlikely because he will most likely be in the ECW title match
John Morrison and/or The Miz - Probably going to be in a feud with Colons
The long-shot: Kane
Although unlikely, Kane could get the win here, He is a veteran and the WWE likes to treat him well. I doubt that he's likely to grab the briefcase but don't rule him out.
The maybe: MVP
Taking such a huge role on Smackdown recently, I wouldn't be shocked if he took the briefcase. He is clearly being pushed to the main-event.
My pick: Christian Cage
I'll admit I'd mark out if he won. But I think he'll win for a different reason. That'll be explained later...
Shawn Michaels vs. Undertaker
The WWE is trying to get a match that will steal the show here and I bet that it will. Michaels is obviously at his prime, while The Undertaker is a tested veteran of the ring.
The long-shot: Shawn Michaels
Michaels gets a clean win. The WWE has tried to move Michaels' heel before and this would be an easy way for him to get massive amounts of heat.
The maybe: JBL
JBL promises to make "history" at this Wrestlemania. Perhaps he does a run-in? If he does, I think he'll ensure an Undertaker win.
My pick: Undertaker
Undertaker gets a clean win over HBK.
Jeff Hardy vs. Matt Hardy
Again, the WWE is trying to get a match that would steal the show. Matt and Jeff's rivalry is the biggest rivalry, coming into Wrestlemania XXV.
The long-shot: Matt Hardy
Cheats for the win; although it does seem likely, because he's a heel; I doubt it will happen. If Matt wins, it will be clean.
The maybe: Jeff Hardy
Gets a clean win; not a shocking finish, but an unlikely one. Jeff winning clean just won't cut it, if you want to steal the show.
My pick: Matt Hardy
Wins clean; probably on a roll-up.
ECW Title
The ECW title will most likely be the first match on the card.
The long-shot: Evan Bourne vs. Jack Swagger; Swagger getting the win.
The maybe: Some random battle royal; Swagger getting the win.
This would still allow for a Swagger-Bourne feud.
My pick: Evan Bourne defeats Jack Swagger[c]
Bourne will get the win here and will allow Swagger to switch brands at the draft.
Chris Jericho vs. Legend
Chris Jericho is being booked as a top heel. He is obviously one of the best, if not the best, in the world. His opponent, however, is unknown to date.
The long-shot: Jericho vs. Flair
If Flair steps back into the ring, he'd only do so at Wrestlemania. It'd be the perfect way to end Jericho's recent bad streak.
The maybe: Jericho vs. Rourke
This is actually a very likely scenario, but I don't want to see Jericho wrestle an actor.
My pick: Jericho vs. Hogan
Yes, I think Hulk Hogan will come back to represent the legends and fight Chris Jericho. If he does wrestle Jericho, he WILL LOSE.
Randy Orton vs. Triple H[c] *Main-event
Orton vs. Triple H will probably be the longest match at Wrestlemania. I'd expect about 25 minutes. Somehow, the Legacy will be banned from ringside.
The long-shot: Hell in a cell
It's possible because it would be an easy way to keep legacy out of ringside. Also, Orton and Triple H would be good in a cell.
The maybe: Normal match
Legacy turns on Orton and unites with Triple H. Not really too likely but more likely than the hell in a cell.
My pick: Normal match
Orton punts Triple H for the win.
World Heavyweight title
That match right now is The Big Show vs. Edge, but there are talks of putting John Cena in the match, which I think is very likely.
The long-shot: Big Show gets the win
It's possible, but about a 0.0000000000000000000001 chance of that happening.
The maybe: John Cena wins
I would be mad but not surprised.
My pic: Edge wins...and then the winner of MITB cashes in
But there are so many questions left unanswered.
Where does Kozlov fit in?
What about Kennedy?
We'll find that out on Apr. 5.
Special request.
