Mariano Rivera is scheduled to have a bullpen session tomorrow for the first time this Spring.
Rivera is coming off an off-season in which he had shoulder surgery. He usually starts late, but this year they are being even more careful. He has been limited to playing catch and taking part in defensive drills with his teammates.

Yankees Call Up 6'7" Prospect 📈
The Yankees only plan on throwing him 8-10 innings anyway, in order for him to get ready for the season. Mariano is a closer, so he doesn’t have the same type of work as a player in the rotation. The plan is to get Mariano in a game as soon as March 17th.
Let's hope everything goes well this spring. Mo is the most valuable player on this team.
