Can Ohio State Go 12-0 and Braxton Miller Win Heisman?

The Urban Meyer era is off to a blistering start, and although the Buckeyes’ game with Cal wasn’t as easy for them as many thought it would be, there’s plenty to like about this team.

This, of course, starts with Braxton Miller, who has been absolutely superb in his first few games. He’s had two bad quarters—one in Week 1, the other last week—but outside of that he has been nearly flawless.

Heisman chatter has begun to surface, as it should. With USC and Matt Barkley's crushing defeat, Miller is most certainly in the conversation of early Heisman hopefuls. He’ll add to those numbers this week against an overmatched UAB crew.

As for the entire team, suddenly a perfect season doesn’t look nearly as impossible as it once did. The rest of the Big Ten is off to a horrid start, which means the Buckeyes could feasibly run the table. It won’t be easy, but don’t count it out.
