Week 3 Fantasy Football Rankings: Showcasing Top RBs Set to Shine This Weekend
Only 10 NFL running backs are averaging at least five yards per carry through the season's first two weeks, and only four RBs are averaging more than 100 yards per game thus far.
The lesson here is that there are only a select group of elite fantasy backs out there this fall, and only three guaranteed to shine this coming weekend.
Whether they are reeling off big runs, making plays out of the backfield or scoring at will, these three backs are primed for big Week 3 performances.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Let's take a look at my Week 3 fantasy football RB rankings.
No. 3. Marshawn Lynch, Seattle Seahawks
Despite concerns about his back spasms before the start of the regular season, Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is the NFL's third-leading rusher through two weeks. Only Houston Texans star Arian Foster has carried the ball more times than Lynch in 2012.
One of four backs averaging more than 100 yards per game this September, Lynch promises to be an elite fantasy performer in Week 3 as his Seahawks play host to the Green Bay Packers. The Pack boasts the league's seventh-worst run-stopping crew this fall, and has allowed over five yards per carry to opposing RBs thus far.
Another advantage Lynch has is that he is a power back who bangs away at defenses over the course of four quarters. He doesn't rely on big plays in order to be successful like some backs.
No. 2. Reggie Bush, Miami Dolphins
Miami Dolphins running back Reggie Bush has been a pleasant surprise in South Beach this season for the fantasy owners who were bold enough to take a chance on him. Bush has rushed for 241 yards and two touchdowns on just 41 carries this September.
On Sunday, he and the Dolphins will be home against the New York Jets, who have been plagued by poor tackling in the running game. The Jets defenders have failed to wrap up backs this season, and are allowing 130.5 rushing yards per game.
Look for Bush to run hard from start to finish in Week 3 and put up huge fantasy numbers along the way. He's averaging an astonishing six yards per carry heading into this weekend's divisional showdown.
No. 1. C.J. Spiller, Buffalo Bills
The NFL's leading rusher through the season's first two weeks, third-year running back C.J. Spiller is set to continue his ridiculous tear in Week 3 when Buffalo travels to take on the winless Cleveland Browns.
Cleveland's rush defense has been suspect to start the year, and currently ranks 18th in the NFL, surrendering 115 yards on the ground per game.
Spiller is the best running back out there at the moment, and will benefit from a terrific matchup on Sunday afternoon. He's averaging an unthinkable 10.1 yards per carry and will have some lucky fantasy owners smiling from ear to ear this weekend.
