Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
WR Roddy White (Atlanta Falcons)
vs. Denver Broncos
It appears that White's groin injury is no big deal, as he participated fully in the Falcons' practice on Saturday, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution's D. Orlando Ledbetter.
There was some concern after White was limited in Thursday's and Friday's practices, but given the extra day because of the Monday night matchup, it appears he will be just fine.
The Falcons' resurgent offense was one of the bigger stories to come out of Week 1—Atlanta registered 376 total yards against the Chiefs, and White caught six passes for 87 yards. The Broncos will be a big test for this unit, but given the fact that Denver's defense allowed 209 yards to Pittsburgh in Week 1, Matt Ryan and his crew of wideouts should be able to do at least a little bit of damage.
TE Antonio Gates (San Diego Chargers)
vs. Tennessee Titans
There has been off-and-on concern about Gates this week.
The rib injury he sustained in the second half of a win against the Raiders on Monday didn't appear to be much of a concern at the time—he returned to make a few catches—but he was held out of practice on Wednesday and Thursday, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune's Tom Krasovic.
Gates is officially listed as questionable, and although he indicated that he wasn't sure what his status would be on Sunday, he did participate on Friday.
The fact he returned to Monday's game, even after sustaining the injury, was a good sign.
For what it's worth, there's also the fact that Gates has the opportunity to make history on Sunday: According to CBSSports.com's Dan McLellan, he needs just three catches to reach 600 career receptions.
He should be a good bet to get those receptions against a Titans defense that allowed 390 yards to New England in Week 1.
RB LeGarrette Blount (Tampa Bay Buccaneers)
vs. New York Giants
There was a bit of a scare when Blount saw limited participation in the Bucs' Week 1 matchup against the Panthers, but he's good to go for this week's game against New York.
According to The Tampa Tribune's Ira Kaufman, Blount—who was hindered by a "sharp pain" this week—has been cleared to play after meeting with a neck and back specialist in Charlotte.
In Tampa's lackluster 16-10 win in Week 1, Blount—who rushed for over 1,000 in his rookie season—got just three carries, while rookie Doug Martin got the bulk of the work.
If Blount is healthy, which he should be now, he's capable of big things against a Giants defense that allowed 433 total yards to the Cowboys in the season opener.
