NHL 13 Release and More Sports Video Gaming News on Franchise Mode Episode 5
This has already been a strong year for EA Sports—sans the issues with NBA Live 13. Madden 13 is a solid game, and it is experiencing huge sales numbers.
According to Will Brinson of CBS Sports, the game had a record-breaking first week. It sold 1.65 million copies, and it showed a 31 percent increase in online play. The latter can be attributed to the new Connected Careers mode that links gamers all over the country.
With the usually strong FIFA series set to release FIFA 13 on September 25, things are looking great for EA Sports.

NHL 13 could be set to add to the party, as it released via EA Season Pass on Friday. This video shows some gameplay and gives information on the coverage I'm planning for the game moving forward.
