With Adebayor Deal Complete, Spurs Chasing Willian?
1 of 5Emmanuel Adebayor has joined Tottenham Hotspur on a permanent deal, the club announced Tuesday (TottenhamHotspur.com).
According to BBC Sport, the transfer fee cost Spurs around £5 million. Adebayor, 28, spent last season with Spurs on loan from Manchester City.
With Adebayor signed, Spurs are now chasing Brazilian attackers Willian and Leandro Damiao, according to the Daily Mail.
Report: Arsenal Sign Sahin on Loan
2 of 5Arsenal and Real Madrid have agreed to a loan deal for midfielder Nuri Sahin, according to the Daily Mail.
If the report is true, Sahin would join Arsenal for a season-long loan with an option to sign the midfielder permanently next summer. According to the Mail, the deal had stalled over the price of the optional permanent deal.
Neither club has announced any agreement.
Sahin, 23, joined Real from Borussia Dortmund last summer but failed to break into Jose Mourinho's first team.
Nani in United Limbo?
3 of 5The Sun gets right to the point Tuesday with a simple statement about Manchester United's Portuguese winger Nani, saying simply, "Nani will be axed by Manchester United."
According to the tabloid, United will leave Nani's contract negotiations until next summer. His current deal has two years left.
Zenit St. Petersburg are thought to be interested. United would want £25 million for any transfer.
Nani, 25, joined United from Sporting Lisbon in 2007.
Chelsea Chasing Schurrle? Cavani? Hulk? All Three?
4 of 5Chelsea are again chasing German international forward Andre Schurrle (Daily Star).
Schurrle, 21, scored twice at Euro 2012. According to the Daily Star, the Bayer Leverkusen man would cost £23.5 million.
Elsewhere, The Sun is linking Chelsea with a renewed approach for Napoli's Uruguayan forward Edinson Cavani. If that fails, the tabloid reckons the Blues will chase Porto's Hulk for £45 million.
Cavani, 25, would cost Chelsea £35.
Milan Giants Swap Strikers
5 of 5Inter Milan and AC Milan have completed a swap deal involving Antonio Cassano and Giampaolo Pazzini (Goal.com).
Pazzini, 28, joins Milan after one season with Inter. Cassano, 30, joins Inter after one season with Milan. Goal.com cites Italian reports that claim Milan paid an additional €7 million in the deal.
In other AC Milan news, Goal.com is reporting that the Rossoneri are chasing Royston Drenthe. The Dutch midfielder/defender was released by Real Madrid this summer after spending last season on loan with Everton.
