Mario Balotelli Plays Keepaway with Photographer After Man City Win (Video)

Ah Mario, welcome back. It has been way too long.

We all needed some more crazy in our lives, especially the kind of crazy only you can deliver. And while this isn't your best work, it's a start. But hey, it's a long season, and there's plenty of time to settle into form.

Mario Balotelli's latest antics form the backdrop for Monday's B/R Viral Video of the Day. In this clip, the mercurial Manchester City striker wrestles some photographic equipment away from an unsuspecting photographer following City's exciting 3-2 victory over Southampton on the first day of the season.

At first, the photographer seems confused. Then the realization sets in that Mario Balotelli has her lens, and she becomes genuinely and visibly worried.

[Side note: Would you be worried or excited? Say Balotelli borrows your camera. Isn't there a better than average chance you would get it back after it had been used in some late-night rowdiness? Not a bad trade-off, if you ask me.]

Then Balotelli returns the lens. Makes sense, considering she's a team photographer. After the run-in, we see her smiling sheepishly.

Odd? Maybe. Funny? Absolutely. But even so, it comes nowhere close to the athlete vs. photographer hall of fame. Dennis Rodman, anyone?
