Matches You Can't Afford to Miss
Chris Jericho vs. Dolph Ziggler
This fight isn't getting the kind of hype it deserves.
Ziggler is one of the biggest up-and-coming stars of the WWE and if his current career trajectory holds true, he's set to become one of their main-event centerpieces after this match with Jericho.
Don't expect Jericho to go down easily, though. He's one of the most beloved legends of the WWE and though this isn't likely to be his last match, he isn't far from finally retiring.
No matter which wrestler ends up winning, this is sure to be an exhilarating match that will feature two of the best pure wrestlers in the game today.
CM Punk vs. John Cena vs. Big Show
"The Perfect Storm" is what the WWE is calling this match.
I don't know about all that, but you can bet that there won't be any shortage of mayhem. Cena and Punk are two of the biggest stars the WWE has to offer, and Big Show is a living legend.
I expect Big Show and Cena to attempt to tag-team Punk right off the bat. Neither one of them wants to let Punk retain his title and they will be willing to work together towards that end.
I'm looking for another mysterious contestant to show up midway through Punk getting his butt kicked, and I won't be surprised if it's none other than The Rock.
No matter what ends up happening, this fight is going to be a big-time brawl.
Brock Lesnar vs. Triple H
Speaking of brawls, all other matches are going to pale in comparison to the knock-down, drag-out fight we're going to witness with these two men in the ring at the same time.
The stage has been set for an ultimate showdown. Lesnar hates Triple H and everyone on his side. He recently broke the arm of Shawn Michaels in the parking lot at WWE Raw, and his temper is running hot.
I expect we're going to see more of the same when these two behemoths lock up in the ring on Sunday night in what's sure to be the main event at SummerSlam 2012.
