Chelsea Transfer Report: Blues Told to Pay £78m to Land Hulk
It seems that Chelsea will miss out on one of their top targets this summer, unless they can shell out an unprecedented amount for Porto striker Hulk.
Speaking to Sporting Life, Porto's president Pinto da Costa has spoken out regarding interest from other clubs, the Blues included (h/t Goal.com).
"Hulk is a player with a buyout fee and if any club want him, they just need to pay that" he revealed.

"He will only leave if it interests both Porto and the player."
However, this is not to say that if Chelsea made a significant bid lower than the buyout fee of £78 million, it wouldn't be accepted.
Indeed, speaking to radio station Renascenca, the player's agent Teodoro Fonseca hinted at Hulk possibly being open to a move.
"Hulk has a contract. He likes Porto but at the moment everything has a question mark."
"We sometimes want a player to stay, but the conditions aren't the best. Everything is possible in the world of football."
With the start of the Premier League season only a week away, Chelsea will be looking to further reinforce their squad ahead of what will most likely prove a difficult campaign.
With the club having already brought in three big names in Eden Hazard, Marko Marin and Oscar, the Blues have had a busy summer.
But it remains to be seen whether or not they are approaching the new season with enough strikers, as a move for Hulk continues to seem possible.
