USA vs Argentina Olympic Basketball Semifinal: TV Start Time, Live Stream & More
Team USA (6-0) has breezed through the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. However, they'll have a real challenge going up against an Argentina team (4-2) that gave them trouble in an exhibition game back in July in the semifinals of the tournament.
The Americans seemed to figure the Argentinians out in the group stage, as the stars and stripes ripped off a huge second half and beat their opponent 126-97.
Should Argentina somehow figure out a way to rekindle the passion and skill they displayed in the exhibition game, this game could be a lot closer than their second meeting of the year.
Let’s take a look at when and where to watch this game, who you should keep an eye on and make a prediction on the outcome.

Most Important Player to Watch: Manu Ginobili
Manu is the best player on the Argentinian side and will need to have an excellent performance if his team is going to pull off the miraculous upset.
In the July 22 exhibition match against the U.S., Ginobili kept his team in the contest by scoring 23 points on 10-of-19 shooting in just 26 minutes before fouling out.
The star shooting guard is going to have to stay out of foul trouble, carry an even bigger scoring load and play great defense if Argentina is going to make a miracle on the hardwood.
Key Matchup: Andres Nocioni vs. Kevin Durant
KD went ballistic against Argentina in that exhibition match, lighting them up for 27 points (7-of-11 from downtown!). He also dished six assists and pulled down two rebounds. It seemed no one could cover the OKC Thunder star.
Nocioni will be tasked to shut Durant down in this game and will absolutely have to for his team to have a chance. It’s no small task to lock the NBA scoring champ for three years running down, but it must be done if Argentina wants to even keep this game close.
Prediction
USA 114, Argentina 99
