Olympics 2012: Why Neymar and Brazil Will Stop Mexico

Brazil and Mexico will be facing each other this Saturday for their Olympic gold-medal final this Saturday. The event is going to take place at Wembley Stadium and is expected to become a battle of the titans.

The players that will receive the most publicity are Neymar (Brazil) and Giovani Dos Santos (Mexico). The results will be a gold medal victory for Neymar and Brazil.

Neymar and Brazil will win the gold for many reasons. The important reasons will be addressed in this article.

Brazil

Brazil managed to find the right formula for victory after barely defeating Egypt and Honduras in the quarterfinals. Brazil found it in its quarterfinals against New Zealand and Belarus.

Mexico scored one goal against Switzerland in a match which could have produced more results. Even then, Switzerland dominated in the beginning of the match.

It is a miracle that Giovani Dos Santos was able to perform for Mexico during the 2012 Olympics. Dos Santos has not received any support during his period with Tottenham Hotspur.
