San Diego Chargers: Updates on Latest Injuries in Camp
Health has been the main factor in the Chargers' failure the last two years. Injuries are a part of the game and every team must live with what happens. The worst thing is to see a player suffer a serious injury at practice or, in this case, training camp.
Don't worry too much, yet.
There's a list of players being held out or limited at camp, but no one has a real serious injury. Some are getting muscle cramps, while others are sustaining mild injuries. The only good sign from this is the physicality present at Chargers Park.

English finally took the field after injuring his hamstring on the first day of practice. His time is almost up in San Diego, so the first thing he needs to accomplish is to stay healthy. If Larry English is healthy, he could be very dangerous.
Jared Gaither has yet to return to the field. As each day goes on without seeing him practice, it makes coaches and fans very nervous.
Antoine Cason, Michael Gilchrist and Richard Goodman all missed Saturday night's practice, but are reported to have subtle injuries.
Eddie Royal is expected to miss San Diego's first preseason game against the Packers with a groin issue. Royal is a player many fans want to see from the Chargers. His talent should fit quite nicely with Philip Rivers.
