UFC on FOX 4: Shogun Rua vs. Brandon Vera Drinking Game

After a short layoff, the UFC returns tonight with UFC on Fox 4, featuring "Shogun" Rua vs. Brandon Vera.

Tonight's card will feature prelims on Fuel TV as well as the main card live on Fox.

For those who'll be enjoying the fights with a nice cold one tonight, we'll give you ever better ways to enjoy your drinks as we feature the UFC on Fox 4 drinking game!

Pre-Fight

Watching a UFC fight feels so wrong without Joe and Mike commentating. And can you imagine a card without Bruce Buffer doing the intros? But let's face it, you can sometimes sit and predict what will be said next. 

So, when you hear any of the following, take a drink.

-- Mike Goldberg says, "Here we go!"

-- Goldberg says, "Virtually identical."

-- Bruce Buffer says, "We are live!"

-- Joe Rogan says, "An impressive performance."

-- Goldberg says, "It's all over!"

-- Rogan says, "He's rocked!"

-- Rogan corrects something Goldberg says.

Prelims

The preliminary action will begin on Fuel TV before rolling onto Fox later on in the evening. So, for those who have Fuel TV or will find a way to catch the prelims, here are the things to look for.

Remember, when any of the following occurs, take a drink!

-- The speed of the flyweights are mentioned.

-- Phil Davis gets a takedown.

-- A knockout or submission occurs.

-- Phil Davis' improvement is mentioned.

-- A head kick is thrown.

-- Every time you hear a fan boo.

Main Card

The main card will feature four fights on Fox and will likely feature the next man in line for a shot at the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship.

When the following occurs on the main card, take a drink!

-- If a Mike Swick injury is mentioned.

-- If Jamie Varner's upset of Barboza is mentioned.

-- When Joe Lauzon attempts a submission.

-- When Bader attempts a takedown.

-- If Steven Seagal is mentioned.

-- If Machida wins by knockout.

-- If Vera picks up the upset.

-- Everytime Jon Jones is mentioned.
