Behold the Maria Sharapova Hitting Novak Djokovic Tennis Ball Crotch Shot Video

Things could have gone better for Novak Djokovic in this video featuring Maria Sharapova launching a tennis ball toward his, well...

You can pretty much see for yourself what takes place in this video posted over at Bob's Blitz, and picked up by a myriad of other websites. 

Deadspin cites a couple international news agencies, including this Italian website, which states the video you see above is actually from a commercial spot for Head. 

So we can conclude this is one of two things.

Either this is all part of the scripted commercial, it will feature in an ad and Djokovic will go down on cue. 

Or, Sharapova is awful with a tennis racket.

At least, she is awful when she is tasked with knocking a can off her colleague's head and instead launches the tennis ball three feet south instead. 

For her crimes, she gets to have a grand laugh as Djokovic is busy laying on the grass, left wondering which life choices he needed to make differently. 

We now know this tennis star is battle-tested and can now feature in the next Jackass movie. Really, taking some punishment to the groin is the only prerequisite. 

As for Sharapova, shame on you. 

While she guffaws, our man here is writhing in pain. We can only assume he is still on that grass lawn somewhere, wishing he had just said no to the Head commercial.
