Olympic Reporter Gets London Kiss on Live TV
Smooches.
We needed this moment badly. Just when we lost nearly all hope in humanity, some random Olympic fan is swept up by goodwill and decides to plant one on some gentleman's cheek.
Smooches.
Larry Brown Sports directs our attention to this marvelous video on one big wet one being planted on an Arabic TV reporter for Sky News.
And like Steve DelVecchio, who writes that report, we couldn't get this lovely video at a better time. There have been some awful transgressions throughout the games in the form of idiotic tweets from fans and athletes.
Finally, we get a nice little moment that, while bizarre, is just so beautiful.
Here is some man trying to do his job with professionalism and a great deal of gravitas, but he is knocked off-kilter by a woman who may have had one too many pints of Boddingtons.
This is what the Olympics are all about, random acts of kindness and weird women kissing well-to-do men on live TV.
If we can get more of this and less hateful garbage, we may just escape the next couple of weeks with a smile on our faces.
Reporters, you have been put on notice. Watch your back because there are some crazy kissers lurking the streets of London.
