Michelle Beadle: Rating Her Performance in New NBC Olympic Gig

Michelle Beadle took the nation by storm while featuring on ESPN. Her move to NBC has given her the chance to dominate the world at the Summer Olympics. 

One of the biggest names in sports commentary left the Worldwide Leader to join another network.

Along the way, we have seen her dabble in sports coverage for NBC and still manage pop culture on Access Hollywood. 

Through it all, she has been nothing short of solid. 

Now we get to see her tackle the mammoth-sized task of anchoring the Olympics for NBC Sports, and she again shows competence, style and knowledge. 

If we are grading on her initial work through the first few days, we have to give her the following: 

Grade: A

The peanut gallery has it graded much the same way. Really, we haven't seen any reason to dock Beadle any points in her first days at the Games.

Much of the time will be utilized by familiar faces we all know and love, like Al Michaels and Bob Costas, but there is now a case to be made for Beadle to feature heavily in future Games. 

She does her job well, making sure to make the emphasis on the Olympics, the athletes and their story all while keeping us engaged with her own special delivery. 

The Games will continue, and much of it will be presented by Beadle. After an initial couple days and a nice gut reaction to her ability to anchor, we are perfectly fine with that fact.
