Ryan Lochte entered Monday's 200-meter freestyle looking to make it three-for-three in medals won during the 2012 Games.

On Day 1, Lochte dominated the field and rival Michael Phelps in the 400-meter individual medley, quickly putting his stamp on these Olympic Games.

On Day 2, the two rivals teamed up in the 4x100 freestyle relay to win silver in a hotly contested race.

How did Lochte fare in the 200-meter freestyle relay, and how are things shaping up for the Americans in the 4x200 freestyle relay on Day 4?

Two-time gold medalist Mel Stewart is here with the analysis.
