Olympic Tennis 2012 Schedule: Updated Info Following Day 2 Rain Delays
Check here for updates on Olympic Tennis rain delays.
For the first time in 100 years (1912), Olympic tennis is being played indoors after the roof of the All England Club was forced to close due to undesirable weather. It seems only fitting, as Great Britain is best-known for its hot and rainy summer climate.
Play resumed quickly on the now-indoor Centre Court was only delayed about 10 minutes in the process of closing the roof. However, the uncovered Court One was delayed for over two hours due to the inclement weather.
Not much has changed in regards to where you can view your favorite tennis action on Sunday. NBC is still going to be streaming all of the matchups on its website. However, when you can view it has certainly been affected by the rain delay.
Keep in mind that these times have shifted, with exception to the Centre Court matches. Stay posted and check back for updates as they become available!
