US Olympics Wrestler Elena Pirozhkova Picks Up First Lady Michelle Obama
The madness kicked off early at the London Summer Olympics, with the First Lady getting in on all the action.
The Opening Ceremony is a rousing success in my estimation, and so was the visit by First Lady Michelle Obama. She didn't waste time sending a message of fitness as well as hamming it up with athletes.
The best moment came when Obama met with US wrestler Elena Pirozhkova. Handshakes might do, but jumping into another's arms is much better.
Here is a classic tweet (hat tip to Sportress of Blogitude) from fellow wrestler in the women's freestyle, Clarissa Chun.

The First Family is well represented, owning what the Olympics mean—fun, frivolity and patriotism.
Obama also met with children on a field also featuring English hero David Beckham. For some reason, SpongeBob was in goal.
As you can see, nothing can stop the deadly right foot of the First Lady, as she nets a goal to a rousing applause.
This is just one of many moments that will delight in the coming weeks. I wait eagerly to see more international antics.
