Hurricanes-Lightning: Carolina Handed Victory In Raleigh Against Bolts
Carolina Hurricanes defenseman Joe Corvo hit two power play goals in less than a minute to finish off the Tampa Bay Lightning in an easy victory Friday night, 4-1.
Eric Staal started the scoring. The Lightning tied it up, but in the second period Jussi Jokinen scored his first goal with the 'Canes against his old team to give the 'Canes the lead.
Cam Ward stopped 12 of his 13 shots.
