For wide receivers, changing teams can make a huge difference in their attitude and offensive production. It's important to make a list of all the receivers that could put up much better stats with a new quarterback.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Brandon Lloyd
Lloyd was signed by the New England Patriots this offseason and will have the best quarterback in the NFL, Tom Brady, throwing him passes this season.
This makes Lloyd extremely valuable in any kind of fantasy league. Brady will be able to connect on more deep passes this season now that he has a receiver with great speed like Lloyd.
When Lloyd is on the field with players like Rob Gronkowski, Aaron Hernandez and Wes Welker, he will probably see single coverage. That's a situation in which he will dominate.
Lloyd played for the Denver Broncos last year before being traded to the St. Louis Rams. He's a top-tier wide receiver that will perform much better now that he finally has an elite quarterback throwing to him.
Pierre Garcon
Garcon left the Indianapolis Colts to join the Washington Redskins this offseason, where he will be thrown to by rookie quarterback Robert Griffin III.
Garcon will give Griffin a reliable target who can catch short passes or run deep routes and score touchdowns.
Expect Garcon to reach the 1,000-yard mark this season and score about seven to nine touchdowns with Griffin as his quarterback.
Robert Meachem
Meachem left Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints to join the San Diego Chargers and quarterback Philip Rivers this offseason.
In the Saints' passing offense, Brees spreads the ball around a lot, and his two best targets are tight end Jimmy Graham and receiver Marques Colston. This prevented Meachem from ever having a dominating season.
Meachem will be one of Rivers' top targets in San Diego now that Vincent Jackson has left for Tampa Bay and tight end Antonio Gates has been bothered by injuries over the past few seasons.
Expect Meachem to have a career year next season.
