WWE Rumors: Could nWo Be Making a Return with CM Punk as Its Leader?

The latest edition of Raw featured a night filled with returning stars, a change in the program's format and—perhaps most important of all—a CM Punk heel turn. 

The turn had actually been hinted at by Punk on an interview with Brian Soscia (about the 12:20 mark), but was nonetheless a very exciting one to see. 

CM Punk's role as a heel in the past has been great and one of the reasons why he is so appreciated in the wrestling community. The question that remains now on everyone's mind is: How will Punk go about establishing himself as a heel? 

Punk's heel turn began when after the straight edge superstar took advantage of a fallen-down John Cena and was perpetuated by his actions upon attacking a returning Rock. Could the turn continue with CM Punk aligning himself with a heel faction like he has done in the past? 

Punk's best work as a heel has seen him as the leader of stables such as the Straight Edge Society and the New Nexus—it is possible that once again Punk will create or perhaps reestablish a heel stable? Kevin Nash sure thinks so. 

On his Twitter account  the former nWo member tweeted: 

"A lot of you wanted an NWO reunion,there will be one.As you know we only come in take over mode.Stay tuned!!!" 

Adding:  

"Rock will never walk out of the Rumble with the belt we got Phils back"

And later clarifying: 

"Sorry @CMPunk we got your back!!!"

Could Kevin Nash's tweet be a ruse? Or does the WWE in fact plan to bring back a modern version of the nWo with CM Punk as its leader? 

In the end, Nash could just be kidding, but if what he is suggesting is true, things may have just gotten interesting.
