WWE Raw 1000: 10 Things That Would Make the 1000th Episode the Best in History

Luis CamposJun 4, 2018

As WWE fans, we all have ideas of what the perfect Raw 1000th episode would be like. The event is so monumental that it seems as if literally anything can happen on this special night.

"If it were up to me" is probably how many fan-boy conversations have started over the past couple of weeks, and while friends have become bitter enemies over what should happen tonight, "if it were up to me," this is how things would go down.

Coach Interviewing the Rock

1 of 10

Johnathan Coachman was a staple of WWE programming through his career with the promotion.

"Coach" may be with ESPN now, but for one last time, how great would it be to see him interview the Rock?

"It doesn't matter how great it would be!"

Jim Ross Commentating

2 of 10

"Oh dear lord! He's is dead... a chair shot to the skull has left this man's wife a widow."

OK, so maybe Jim Ross never spoke those exact words per se, but his voice is legendary and nothing would make Raw's 1000th episode more memorable than to hear him call the whole thing.

An Epic Raw Promo

3 of 10

We know the "great one" is going to be back, but what is he going to speak about?

John Cena? Brock Lesnar? CM Punk?

The fact is that the Rock could read the ingredients of a box of Junior Mints and it would probably still make for awesome television. Let's just hope his "wrist notes" don't show up on camera.

Shane McMahon Going Coast to Coast One More Time

4 of 10

I know that Shane McMahon appearing on the 1000th episode of Raw is probably not going to happen, but I am going to one up the ante and request that Shane not only appear on Raw, but for the last time makes that sweet coast to coast jump.

Full DX Reunion

5 of 10

I know DX is going to have their much anticipated reunion, but honestly I don't want the Ruthless Aggression Era DX (sorry Shawn Michaels). I want to see the same DX that invaded WCW (yes Chyna included).

And while I know that bringing back the Jeep might be a little too much, it wouldn't hurt if they at least showed it in the parking lot.

Paul Heyman Promo

6 of 10

Paul Heyman is going to be on Raw. There is no doubt in my mind that he will be there alongside Brock Lesnar to discuss the upcoming SummerSlam match between Lesnar and Triple H, but what I want from Heyman is not a promo about how he is going to sue the WWE; I want to hear him talk about how awful the WWE is.

Heyman, the mic is yours. It's time for you to air some of the WWE's dirty laundry—that is if you can "work" it into your schedule.

Ultimate Warrior Returning

7 of 10

I want the music. I want the growls. I want the tassels. Bring back the Ultimate Warrior.

Sure, Warrior may no longer have a full head of hair, but he is crazier than ever, and as far as I am concerned, that's a good thing.

Jake "The Snake" Roberts

8 of 10

As a man with more demons than a Sunday school textbook, Jake "the Snake" Roberts has gone through a series of unfortunate events in his life. But man how great would it be to see him make his return to WWE TV?

Without Jake there would be no Austin 3:16, and without Austin 3:16 there would be no Attitude Era.

Plus how cool was that snake of his?

Heath Slater Takes on Gillberg (and Then Goldberg)

9 of 10

I know this is something a lot of people want to see, and why not? It's a hilarious scenario.

Imagine Slater on the mic doing his usual "I'm the one man band" spiel when suddenly Goldberg's music starts playing.

But that's this? It's Gillberg that actually comes out.

Not for long though, because right behind him is the real Goldberg ready to whup both of their sorry butts.

Trish Stratus and Lita Showing the Current Batch of Divas How to Throw Down

10 of 10

Trish Stratus and Lita may not have been the first female wrestlers in the company, but they were the two to brought the division to its pinnacle.

Graced with beauty and athleticism, both of these women could still show the current divas how it's really done.

And that ladies and gentlemen would be an awesome night.
