NBA Trade Rumors: Orlando Magic to Blame in Dwight Howard Trade Fiasco
Dwight Howard's immaturity has hurt the Orlando Magic's ability to get a good trade package in return for him, but the team also deserves a lot of the blame for the current state of the situation.
Sam Amico of Fox Sports reported on Friday that the Magic are not making the process an easy one.
"Sources say Magic, not agents, complicating possible deal that would send Dwight Howard to LA and Andrew Bynum to CLE. Link coming.

With his agent's most recent remarks about Howard not signing an extension with anyone, the Magic are now in a situation where it's going to be hard to get full value for their star center (via David Aldridge of TNT).
Orlando shouldn't pay attention to what Howard wants because he has flip-flopped several times.
Anyone who changes their mind over which team is the right one for them going forward obviously doesn't have a 100 percent commitment to their current team. With this said, the Magic should have traded Howard a long time ago.
The Magic needed to take control of the situation and sit down with Dwight many months ago and figure out what he wanted.
They failed to handle the situation in a manner that would have resulted in them being able get a fair return for Howard. Now the Magic's slim chances of getting good value in return for Howard could hurt the franchise in the short and long term.
While Howard has been difficult throughout the process, the Magic also deserve a large part of the blame for him not being traded already.
