According to the Daily Mail, both Manchester City and Manchester United have made bids of £15 million for Arsenal's 28-year-old Dutch striker. The Mail reports that Arsenal want at least £20 million.
According to The Guardian, only United have made an offer. The Guardian reports that City and Juventus have made their interest "clear."
According to Goal.com's Wayne Veysey, van Persie will not take part in Arsenal's tour of Asia. The decision is reportedly designed to force a move to Manchester City.
United Must Offer More for Lucas
2 of 5Manchester United must "offer more" in order to sign Brazilian midfielder Lucas Moura from Sao Paulo, according to reports cited by ESPNSoccernet.
According to the reports, Sao Paulo director Marco Aurelio Cunha said, "We do not need the money. The Brazilian economy is good, television pays us and we cannot complain. For us, it is still better to have a good player than lots of money in the bank."
Moura, 19, is part of Brazil's Olympic squad.
According to Goal.com, United have turned their attention to Real Madrid's Nuri Sahin after becoming discouraged over Moura's price.
Real Won't Buck Up for Modric?

4 of 5Juventus will bid €25 million for Fiorentina's Montenegrin forward Stevan Jovetic, according to Goal.com.
According to Goal.com, Juventus previous bid €13 million plus forward Alessandro Matri and defensive midfielder Michele Pazienza. The offer was reportedly refused.
Jovetic, 22, scored 14 league goals last term for Fiorentina. He has been capped 20 times by Montenegro.
