Younger Andy Roddick Featured in Hilarious Sabrina the Teenage Witch Clip

Consider this Andy Roddick video an instant classic. 

The video is noticeably dated for a few reasons. A-Rod is visibly younger and Melissa Joan Hart looks employed. 

We spotted this video featured at Deadspin, and we simply couldn't pass up the perfect callback to late-'90s memories. 

Erik Malinowski, who writes for Deadspin, hates on Roddick for his shoddy acting, but I beg to differ. He gives a rousing performance for someone who spent his whole life smashing a tennis ball. 

If I had to label his performance, I would say he gives a PSA-level acting job. It's overacted in such a great way, perfect for this episode of a teen witch getting in some last-minute tennis lessons. 

Silly, Sabrina. You are completely atrocious at tennis. 

Roddick does his best to sculpt this mess of an athlete into a passable tennis player, all the while ignoring the fact he passed through some metaphysical plane, kidnapped from Wimbledon. 

He remarks on this for a second, but then quickly ignores it because, hey, it's witchcraft. 

I now have a hankering for some Clarissa Explains it All. That means I am a stone's throw from wanting to see some Alex Mack, which is really just a hop, skip and a jump from needing to see Salute Your Shorts. 

Forget Hey, Dude, because nobody needs to see that.
